Switching Performance Measurement

The clipper allows accurate voltage measurement of the transistor conduction voltage in operation.  It clamps the maximum voltage seen by the scope to about 2V or 15V. Use of a 200mV/ div scope resolution allows better than 2% measurement accuracy.

Due to its special technology the clipper is intrinsically accurate and has no calibration curves etc.  >99% accuracy allows accurate measurement of conduction voltage of transistors in normal operation during R&D as well as end test.  Use of a 200mV/ div scope resolution allows better than 2% measurement accuracy
